 Once a registration has been made and payment has been processed, refunds are not available. You may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. To do so please notify us via email at info@strategy-engineering-research.com at least 24 hours prior to the event. In the event you can no longer attend due to personal circumstances, a refund will not be given, however you may request a credit to attend a future event.
